7-12 Grades 1​st​ Quarter Parent/Teacher Zoom Conference 

 When:  Tuesday, October 20 4:00-8:00pm               

         Thursday, October 22​nd​ 4:00-8:00pm 

All conferences will be held through zoom. There will be 3 opportunities to meet with teachers. Please refer to the list below for those opportunities

Grades 7-8​th 

Initial Zoom

*7 & 8​th​ teachers will contact parent/guardian to schedule a time to meet during conferences with the grade level team of teachers

At-Risk Zoom

*If your student is currently earning a “D” or an “F” you will be contacted by that individual teacher to schedule a zoom meeting or phone call to develop a plan. Individual

Teacher Open Zoom

*Each teacher will have a Zoom meeting link for general open times for parents to contact each teacher.  The zoom links will be shared with students and parents via student email Parents/guardians can click on that link to be put into the waiting room until the teacher is available to meet with them.   If you want to schedule an individual meeting ahead of time, please contact the teacher directly. If you do not receive the list of zoom links, please contact the main office and we can arrange to have it resent. *Each individual conference will last no longer than 15-20 minutes.

Grades 9-12th 

Initial Zoom

*​Parents/Guardians of 9th-12th grade students will be contacted by “Warrior Time” teachers to schedule a zoom meeting. *The ”Warrior Time” teacher will review your child’s progress in all classes and will share information on how to get a hold of a specific classroom teacher if there are concerns.

At-Risk Zoom

* If your student is currently earning a “D” or an “F” you will be contacted by that individual teacher to schedule a zoom meeting or phone call to develop a plan.

** High School students who received an “I” for Incomplete in any of  their classes during the second semester last year​ will have until the end of the 1​st​ Quarter, November 6​th​ to complete the work for the class.  Failure to complete the required work will result in an “F” on your transcript.  Classroom teachers will follow up with students and parents/guardians during the week of October 12th to make sure there is a clear understanding of the work needed to be completed to receive a Passing Grade for the course(s) in question.

 

Virtual Students

*Virtual Students/parents will be contacted by the teacher monitoring their online work to establish a meeting to discuss the student’s progress on the current online classes.

Reminder all teachers have office hours on Wednesday morning from 8:00-12:00 when they can be contacted for any additional questions.
